Knowledge Management

Undertaking lessons learned studies, documenting good practice, and evaluating the work of the cluster is critically important. Making time to consider how the Cluster functions in particular contexts and given particular crisis dynamics helps improve performance and strengthen our accountability to affected communities. These moments of reflection are opportunities to seek improvement and inform future practice.
