Education Clusters work to both monitor the performance of the Cluster itself, as well as support Cluster partners to monitor education in emergencies programming.

To support emergency response monitoring by cluster partners, the Education Cluster has developed Monitoring Guidance for country clusters using the INEE Minimum Standards as a guiding framework.  The framework has been piloted in South Sudan and Sri Lanka. This guidance is currently being finalized and will be shared soon.
